Steps To Register A Partnership Firm

Partnership Firm registration is required if two or more person want to start a business together. Registration of partnership firm can be done either through district court or by simply making partnership deed on proper stamp paper with requisite fee and get it notarized by notary public and after that on the basis of this agreement apply for pan card of the firm. Once Pan card will be received open bank account in the name of the firm and apply for GST Registration and other relevant registration. Partnership Business Incorporation can be done by two or more-person citizen of India along with following documents:

Cancelled Cheque

Photograph of Partners

Electricity Bill with Noc form Partner (in case of rented premises Electricity Bill along with rent agreement and NOC form owner of the premises)
